Every Night is PIZZA Night!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who celebrates a new oven with a pizza party? I do, that's who. I was so excited about this oven that I renovated the entire area. I had to make a few customizations before installation, but the oven was easy to hook up and adjust the feet. Once it was installed, I found all the information inside the bottom door. I kind of wish that had been included in the pizza stone box or accessory packaging. I love the digital screen. There are no knobs to deal with, which makes things simpler. There are several locks as well, which help prevent accidental operation or kids playing with the buttons. The screen is easy to use.
The racks were a little harder to install because I couldn't find any instructions on how they should go in. I eventually figured it out. The same thing happened with the pizza components. There were instructions about shelf placement, and although the oven has numbers cast into it, the pizza part just rested on top and didn’t seem to lock into place. It’s important to read the instructions carefully because the pizza stone, pizza peel, and pizza unit all require specific care.
Now for my favorite part: the pizza party. I preheated the oven 30 minutes before my guests arrived, just as recommended. It was my first time using the oven. I bought premade dough, and honestly, making the pizzas took the longest. It’s definitely important to make sure the pizza slides off the peel easily and lands properly on the stone. I needed help with that part, but I think after a few more tries I could manage it on my own. The oven provides instructions as you go, and even displays pop-up caution messages. The best part? It only took two minutes to cook a perfectly done pizza. Crispy, chewy, and fully cooked in just two minutes.
I also bought all new pots and pans since the oven has induction, and I wanted to make sure everything was compatible. I haven’t cooked anything on the cooktop yet, but I’m excited to try. There are so many options. I can’t wait to use the bridge and griddle for pancakes or burgers.
I love the vent in the back. My old oven didn’t have that, and every time I opened the door, steam would hit me in the face. Even with the high heat pizza setting, this oven handles it beautifully. I plan on buying some finishing trim to complete the aesthetics. Overall, I was so excited for this oven. It looks sleek, clean, and modern. It's a truly valuable addition to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it’s good, the induction is a little bit of a learning curve because we haven’t had induction before. The only thing we haven’t loved is that when you first use it, it smells bad while all of the stuff is burning off, that lasted for quite a few oven uses. Also still trying to get the pizza oven down. We used it once to make two pizzas, the first was fine, the second was cooked using the prompts from the oven and burnt to a crisp.

Induction is quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best range we have owned thus far. Induction is the way to go. Wish we had this available earlier. Touch screen controls take some getting used to, just like trying to type on your cellphone; the controls are just too small. The User Interface needs to be larger. The pizza function is not as intuitive as advertised. The two-minute pizza bake time setting may cause uneven baking of pizzas, which results in an undercooked middle and a burnt crust. The air fryer mode does not cook as quickly as advertised. You must adjust the time upwards for some foods. I would have rated a 5-star, but the Range arrived missing the food probe. We have tried twice now to get this resolved. Still awaiting the arrival of the twice-promised food probe. All said, I'd still recommend this range to a friend. May update my review after more time to use and receipt of the missing food probe.

cooktop controls could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thoroughly impressed by the oven. The control menu is well thought out, intuitive to navigate, and everything works as you'd expect. A bit disappointed by the cooktop controls - which are touch sensitive and under the cooktop glass. Meaning the cooktop is fiddly about actually turning on. The controls don't work as reliably as you'd want, but fortunately they work fine once the cooktop is on. Perhaps my hands are on the cooler side. And the fact that the cooktop beeps when anything is placed over the control panel, even when the cooktop is off is super annoying - meaning that if you take a pan out of the oven and put it on the cooktop to check doneness, the cooktop compains at you. I wish this model came with manual cooktop controls. It would then be perfect.

My First Induction Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a bit to get used to cooking with induction, but I have adjusted well. It definitely helped to read the manual and do a little online research. The features for powerboost and keeping things are are amazing. I haven't had the opportunity to use the bridge feature, but will once I get a griddle. The controls are easy to use and I love that they automatically light up when you place a pot on the stove. The oven is amazing too with all the different modes. I've used the air fryer mode and it works amazingly well. I have baked several loaves of bread using the steam bake and they turned out so well. Using the stone pizza option is on the to do list.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wish there was a back filler trim for this model. We have a 2" gap at the back because of the position of the plug.
We have set the sound for high, and it is still faint. We also can't find anything in the manual about the various beeping we get.
Wish Frigidaire did PDF user manuals. It would make searching for a topic so much easier. I think the user manual is probably pretty decent, but it is text dense, and difficult to easily find info we are looking for.
We have 40 amp, but have had to flip the breaker a few times. The oven controls work, but nothing for the stove top until a reset. Had to do that the first time we used the stove, and another random time - not sure what caused it to happen.
We are VERY happy with the induction. We haven't used all of the oven features yet. We have tried the pizza function with mixed success - I am gluten free, so not sure if it is the GF pizza dough recipe I tried that made it unsuccessful ... more experimenting is needed.
