Poor Connection

Device is sleek, installation super easy, but connection terrible. It is based on a cell tower so if the device isn't pointed towards the tower and by a window, no good. Plus we are in a hole which doesn't help either. Also, we have to compete with all the cell phones. The connection kept dropping constantly and having too many devices just made the connection worse. Not good for business at all that needs dependable connection and service. Do not recommend unless you are directly facing a tower with a window.

The extender did not do much to help our coverage with our business Air5G. GM is quite disappointed in cost vs effectiveness of the extender.
