Misleading pink color. Lifeless pink. Still comfortable to wear.

Hi there!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the WH-CH720N headphones. We appreciate your honest opinion and regret that the pink color did not match your expectations. We're glad to hear that you still find them comfortable to wear. We value your input and will take your comments into account as we continue to improve our products.
Thank you for choosing Sony. Sincerely - Stephanie
They sound great, but they disconnect from Bluetooth every 2 to 5 minutes unless you have your phone in front of you; then it's about every 20. Going into the app and changing the connection to prioritize connection stability does nothing.

Thank you for contacting Sony.
Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback about the WH-CH720N, bboi. We're glad to hear you enjoy the sound quality, but we're sorry to learn about the persistent Bluetooth disconnection issues you’re experiencing—even after adjusting the connection stability settings in the app.
We understand how frustrating frequent disconnects can be. Sony support guidance recommends a series of troubleshooting steps to help isolate and potentially resolve Bluetooth connection issues with the WH-CH720N:
- Ensure your headphones and the Sony | Headphones Connect app are both updated to the latest software and firmware versions. Updates can address bugs or compatibility issues that sometimes affect Bluetooth performance. - Try resetting or initializing the headphones. This can resolve temporary glitches and restore the Bluetooth connection to default settings. Instructions for both reset and initialization are available in your product’s Help Guide. - Test the headphones with a different device. This can help determine if the issue may be specific to your phone or its Bluetooth configuration. - Confirm there is no wireless interference in your environment. Bluetooth performance can be impacted by electronic devices (such as Wi-Fi routers, microwaves), crowded wireless spaces, or physical obstructions between the headphones and source device. - If possible, un-pair and re-pair the headphones with your phone from scratch. Forget the WH-CH720N from your phone’s Bluetooth menu and set up the connection again via the app.
We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring you get the most out of your headphones. If the disconnects continue after trying the steps above, please contact Sony Support with details on the troubleshooting you’ve completed, so we can help you further.
I got these for Christmas and they’re pretty good! They’re very comfy and have good sound quality. The noise canceling is mid, it cancels some but airpods definitely have one up on these. Calls are also not the best, every time I’ve called someone I can hear them perfectly fine but they have told me I sound far away and hard to hear. For music and comfort alone I definitely recommend!

Hi annie g, You've made a fantastic choice! We're glad you like comfortable fit and good sound quality of the Sony WHCH720N headphones. For noise canceling issue, please follow the steps on this link to improve the overall performance:
I've had these headphones for almost 3 years, and despite daily use (including the gym, carpentry work, and lots of accidental dropping), the only damage is a tiny paint scuff and a small wrinkle in the leather of the headband pad. They still go from near empty battery to fully charged in less than two hours and last me about a week with my average use (5-10 hours per day). My only issue is that they will sometimes randomly disconnect from my phone when I'm using them to make a call, but that could just as easily be an issue with my phone. Best pair of headphones I've ever had.

Weird shape - made for people with huge deformed heads and bad functionality. Can't skip backwards since they took away the nice little switch. Took a nice design and made it weird and useless.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to speak to you to resolve this matter.
I purchased this wireless Bluetooth headphone, and I’m extremely disappointed with this performance. The sound quality is subpar, with distorted audio and almost no bass. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection is very unstable—frequent dropouts even when my phone is within a few feet of the headphones. The battery life is much shorter than advertised, lasting only about 3-4 hours on a full charge instead of the 35 hours promised. To make matters worse, the headphone is uncomfortable to wear for more than 30 minutes, causing discomfort around my ears.
I’ve tried troubleshooting, but nothing improves the issues. Given these problems, I’m requesting a replacement or refund. Please advise on how I can proceed with getting a working unit

Hi Suuuiiiii,
Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear what happened with your headphones. If you set the following functions, the available operating time of the battery becomes short. Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: Priority on sound quality, Noise canceling function/Ambient Sound Mode, Equalizer, DSEE, Function to launch the voice assistant by your voice If you run the above settings at the same time, the available operating time of the battery becomes even shorter.
To isolate and resolve the issue. try to factory reset the headphones. Here's the link on how to.
We also recommend updating the software of your headphones. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.
