Nice travel accessory - but don't bump the cable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hub works as advertised, with one exception. Any time the little finger on my left hand bumps it, any screen connected through it and hard drives experience a momentary interruption. Some times this is a minor inconvenience, but at other times it causes the hard drive to disappear and if in the middle of an action it's a problem. I contacted technical support, and the guy had me turn off power down on the drive. But that's not the issue - it's either in the cable from the hub or the USB-C socket on my new E15 ThinkPad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little hub! Nice and slim, with ample USB ports. I actually already have one and bought another for my employee computer. Only complaint would be is that because of the short cord from the hub to computer it lays awkward and often comes undone/loose from the computer itself as it often gets bumped. It would almost be better if it had no cord at all or a longer cord. All-in-all it does the job and is a great product.
