Its a pretty simple plug and play device for my Lenovo but it drain out battery when the device is not in use!! It even drain to the point that when you try to restart laptop after plugin the charger it wont start for some time. Having problem in the mornings when try to use laptop for office work etc. The charger pass through does not process enough watts so it gave an error to connect proper charger! Otherwise its a decent Dock with pretty nice slots including SD Card etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo Hub is exactly what I needed to pull together various parts of my DAW hard drive recording system in my music and composition studio Hole In The Wall Studios. Combined with my newly purchased Lenovo "Yoga" 7I 15" computer, I can now hook up a 50" monitor and my DAW interface device for a seamless recording system. Along with these critical items: "mouse" capability, hard drive external storage have also been integrated. Like the Hub capacity and capability!
