Working in a hybrid setting (sometimes at home and sometimes in the office) the hub allows me to work productively no matter where I am and without the hassle of lugging a large monitor, keyboard, printer at each location. Then one day, as I was trying to figure out how I can report a Quality complaint, it just started working !!!!!

Waste of money and doesn't fix a substandard lapto

The only thing this garbage offers is fixing how pathetic the number of USB slots in the laptop is. Not that they consistently get recognised. The HDMI doesn't work, it lacks VGA, and it's just a horrible product overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
