Having recently been told by my doctor exercise more, this compact elliptical is the perfect way to get easy-on-the-knees exercise and enjoy it too. Set up was quick with clear instructions and I have walked on it every day since sliding it into the corner of the living room. It’s out of the way but exactly where I need it to motivate me to walk. Looking forward to the health benefits of movement!

That is probably good advise if you are a large person, because the machine is small. I am small and have good balance so I use it standing up. I am dancing to the beat on this thing and having a fun time exercising!

I bought the Strider after seeing it on the YouTube Channel - Bob and Brad (the most famous physical therapists on the internet) Bob and Brad demonstrated it’s use and value to older people like myself and I’m finding it easy to use (I do need a chair back to steady my balance) but that aside the price was right, the device is well built, sturdy and quiet. I believe I’m going to get years of service and improved health outcomes.
