I bought the product a couple of weeks ago and am using it seated, and at a low resistance level. On day two clicking noises started which then shifted to squeaks. All elements are tight and secure, the noise seems to come from inside (a belt?). Disappointed in that and worried it might break at some point. On the other hand the size and concept are excellent. I don’t have the time or energy to return the product so at this price point will keep using it and will hope for the best.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the under desk elliptical machine in the hopes of getting more exercise while I'm stuck behind a desk for 8-10hrs a day. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure how distracting the machine would be while trying to work on spreadsheets and emails. It was only distracting for the first couple hours. After that, I almost forgot it was there while I worked.
I've been using the elliptical for the past two months and I love it! I feel more energized during the day and better about myself because I got some low-intensity cardio in.
The first elliptical I bought broke after 6 weeks and Stamina was very quick to identify the problem and send me a new unit. Great customer service experience.

I've bought two of these, and I love the concept - thanks to them, I can get Cardio in from my desk at work, which means I can keep in shape all year round. Or rather, I could, except that they keep breaking.

I love this piece of equipment, it helps me keep tone, burn calories and all while seated. Of course, you can use this machine as an elliptical but being disabled and unable to exercise as I used to, having this device is a real assett. I can sit and work on a project or watch TV and I feel really great that I'm doing good something positive for my health. This machine is set up in a way that's easy to use, setting the tension is just a turn of a knob and putting it together took less than 30 minutes. I recommend this for anyone who sits at a desk all day or is in my situation and wanting to exercise and keep their health as good as possible.

This really works well and doesn't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel doesn't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the "Bottom Board" so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.

Have owned this machine for 9 months and lost 45lbs., without changing my diet. Started out only being able to do 5 mins. and now I'm on it a minimum of 2 hours a day. The only exercise program I've been able to stick to. Also, it's great for small spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this at work, under my desk, for about a month now and I love it! The first day I used it was after doing a brutal leg workout that morning. After my leg day I'm usually very sore for the next couple of days but because I used the Stamina Elliptical throughout the day following my leg workout I was barely sore at all the day after! That tells me I was getting a lot more blood flowing through my leg muscles and washing away most of the lactic acid that would have been sitting in there normally. What a great tool to fight the negative effects of a sedentary desk-job. I'm very pleased with this piece of equipment and would highly recommend it to anyone who spends a good part of their day chained to a desk. I bought one for my mom at the same time I ordered mine because she has a desk job too, and she loves it!
