I've only been using this for a week or so. It takes a little while to get coordinated on it, but once you do you develop a rhythm and it goes much better. You can burn 75 calories in 10 minutes! I love it!

I bought my product about a month ago and it really has gotten me to be more active.
I didn't put it in our basement because I knew if I did I would never venture down there to use it, so it is prominently on display in our family room......of course in view of the TV! Since it's in my view I have found myself using it everyday and I'm so happy about it!

Love the convenience

I keep my E1000 under my desk and use it while I work. It's so convenient to use it while on calls, or while I'm just watching tv. It's a bit heavy, so not easy to move around the apartment, but I keep it where I will use it the most often. I love being able to see the distance, time, and calories with the touch of a button.

I received this as a gift. It was simple to put together and now I've really set up my home office for me to be able to stand and get steps in while on conference calls! The only negative I have and why I didn't give it five stars is the chemical type of smell it gives off. Not sure if it's more of that "new car" type of smell so I'm hoping it will go away with time, but I could notice it still after using it a couple of days.

Just what we needed to get our hearts pumping!

We sold our treadmill and recumbent bike years ago because we rarely used them and they took up too much space. We have regretted getting rid of the treadmill because we have been stagnating, exercise-wise. Found this, read all of the reviews and are incredibly pleased with it. It is as quiet as a mouse, gets your heart rate up, easy to move, works your core, quads, rear end, and thighs. If your core isn't strong, use a chair or something else in front of you to balance until you can balance on your own. My ankles and knees aren’t as good as they used to be (the gift that aging keeps on giving) and the motion of this elliptical is very gentle. It was easily assembled in less than 10 minutes. Use it sitting when watching television and you'll forget you're exercising because it's so unobtrusive and quiet. My girlfriend likes it so much she just bought one yesterday to keep at her office, even though she has free access to a high-tech gym in her office building. I love walking but hate it when it is hot and humid, and we have been experiencing record-high heat in the southeast for the past few weeks so doing anything strenuous outdoors is begging for a heat stroke. I recently quit smoking and really need to be aware of, and avoid weight gain, and to lose about 20 pounds. My girlfriend doesn't need to lose any weight but she loves it for the cardio benefits. With many elliptical the stride can be somewhat long but it isn’t on this, which my girlfriend also loves. I am looking to return to the workforce after being a full-time college student and will more than likely buy one to keep under my desk, so we will have purchased 3 of these products as soon as I get back to work. If that isn't an endorsement isn't, I don't know what is. This product is worth the investment, both monetarily and health-wise.
