I bought this to add to my daily number of steps. It is under my desk. It is a little challenging because I have to be farther away from my desk than I am used to or I bump my knees. Still I am enjoying it.It was also something I was able to assemble on my own... That never happens!!
I like it because it is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room. I basically use it as a stationary bike, but I can use it when I’m watching television! It’s great for winter when I can’t get outside for activity!
I got this gift for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE it! It is compact and I'm using it while watching TV instead of sitting on the couch! Feeling great already!!
I purchased the Stamina for exercise for my left leg and foot that swells constantly and I also watched a youtube video from a physical therapist and learned that I can place a 2 x 4 under the front of the machine for therapy which I plan to try as well. This machine works well...I can feel it working my upper legs too! I enjoy using this machine...it's quiet enough were as I can watch t.v. and use it and the time just flies by!
I've bought two of these, and I love the concept - thanks to them, I can get Cardio in from my desk at work, which means I can keep in shape all year round. Or rather, I could, except that they keep breaking.

This really works well and doesn't take a lot of space.. Assembly is easy with the supplied tools. It runs quietly, so far, so that you can watch TV or read while using it. We found a standing workout was tricky as the flywheel doesn't provide enough momentum for a smooth, non jerky feel. Might be okay with practice but seems better and smoother from a sitting position. A Youtube video mentioned raising the front with two 2x4s but I felt that put bending stress on the "Bottom Board" so I built a ramp that supported the entire machine. Happy with it so far.
