I wore out my huge, noisy Pro elliptical trainer and replaced it with a quiet Stamina InMotion E1000 Compact Strider. It was easy to assemble and move. I use it holding to my kitchen island with a book and TV remote at hand.

I am sweating within 15 minutes of using it and I am greatfull for being able to use it while standing and sitting, great workout! I would recommend the one with the handles though. A little tough to keep my balance.

I purchased this for my sister. It was easy to put together - good quality and works well. I think this will really help build up strength, a good option to work out (sitting down) and burn some calories
