its a love hate thing

I really enjoyed using this while sitting at my desk working everyday. I DO NOT enjoy the TERRIBLE HORRIBLE squeaking noise it makes. it is loud and so annoying that after a few minutes of pedaling i just end up sitting with my feet on it. i have only had it for a weeks and i’m ready to throw it in the river. I really wish i could get it to stop squeaking because i do like using it.

Great solution if you have difficulty walking

This is the perfect solution I was hoping for - an easy, affordable was to get exercise (legs, hips, core) like I would if I could walk around the block. Foot surgery has made walking difficult and painful but this gives me the exercise my body needs to keep my muscles and joints working. I only use this machine sitting down. The only complaint is that my toes are pointing down while working the machine and it would be more comfortable if the front end was higher for a more natural leg to foot angle could be used. I've had to build my chair up higher to accommodate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
