Had a HP PC monitor screen and then the unit itself fail completely. Replaced with a HP 27-inch Allin One Desktop. This new replacement is very difficult to maneuver from menu to menu or to navigate as the workflow is terrible and site search capabilities difficult to use. To many popups trying to sell additional software and security programs.

This is so difficult to understand and get around. Why can't HP leave things alone when the Windows I was using was FABULOUS!!! 8.1 was easy to understand and didn't try to use any fancy stuff. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE. I was forced to buy this computer with Windows 11 because my beloved 8.1 couldn't be used with a program. I hooked up my other computer with 8.1 and am using that, but only use the new one for that one program
