This 27" all-in-one replaces my 8-year-old 27" HP all-in-one. The old one was great except had gotten very slow and was not upgradable to Windows 11. This new one has been great in the first month or so of use. It opens ready to use very quickly, is virtually silent, and has some nice new features. I like the adjustable height base and the pop-up hidable camera. I think this will be a great computer for my home use for many years.
I bought this computer for myself for Christmas. So far...it is a great computer. I love that the screen is so large. It is fast and does everything I want it to do. I also purchased extra warranty after reading some of the reviews. So I am covered if it dies after a few weeks or months. Hopefully that will not happen.
This all-in-one is extremely thin - reminding one of a monitor only. We like the pop-up camera/mic: an easy way to ensure privacy. The screen (non-touch option) has a large viewing angle and plenty of brightness. It has plenty of computing power for office applications, some design work and browsing. Being able to adjust angle and height of the screen easily is a big plus. Probably due to the slim form-factor, is is designed for an external power supply, we'd prefer it to be integrated to avoid the 'brick' in the wiring - like it was in earlier versions of HP all-in-one. There are not enough USB ports, a few more USB-C and A ports in the base are essential to connect external drives, mobile storage, phones etc - plugging in the back is inconvenient. The speakers should be facing to the front for better frequency response, it is a big plus having reasonably good internal sound system for voice communication and entertainment - again avoiding further external equipment. We like the keyboard delete option, so we can use our favorite keyboard/mouse
