[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I survived without this! It maintains the perfect temperature all day. I'm able to have coffee in the mornings, make bottles all day, and have evening tea. All at the perfect temperature. The stainless steel goes well with my current decor and gives it a more modern look. It is super easy to wipe down and clean off.

Water comes to temp pretty fast when using the quick temp (I was expecting it to be slower given a higher volume and lower wattage). We fill the unit in the morning and have instant hot water all day.
