[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a product! For those that need hot water basically on tap this is a great item to have. The heating element is 930 watts with a vacuum electric core wrapped with thermal insulation and stainless steel. There are three quick temp modes preset for 160, 175, and 195F degrees but the regular temperature set mode also includes a setting for 208 degrees. It has an auto shut off feature that can be set for any interval between 6 and 16 hours. The lid has a dispense lock that prevents accidential dispensing and leakage from tipping over or hot spout drips after dispensing water. This model holds 135oz and its BPA free so great for large gatherings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a water heater so that I don’t have to use the microwave anymore. I love making ramen and when I microwave it the water gets all over. With this, I don’t have to microwave the water and my food is the perfect temperature. There are multiple temperatures that this can do making it an awesome product to own. I am very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this product is that it is ready to use right out of the box. No assembly was required, which means I was able to make my tea in minutes! The lid comes off really easy so I was able to clean it without problems. You are just boiling water, but even with water it will mold over time. I'm actually really pleased with how easy it is to clean. The power cord disconnects so you don't have to worry about cords getting in the way when washing it. You also don't have to guess where to fill the water line to because it large print and it tells you on the top also. The instructions are super easy to follow. Even though it's made in a country outside the US, the instructions are well written and there is no confusion as to how to work it. It's completely different from my regular water kettle and I can tell you I won't be going back to the old one.

Residues from the bottom

Is this safe to use? I bought this a month ago and noticed a lot of residues came out at the bottom of the boiler.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we do understand that minerals from the water can accumulate on the surface of the inner liner over time. That's why we recommend descaling the water boiler every 1 to 3 months. The frequency of descaling depends on the mineral content of the water being used.
Please keep in mind that the water boiler will not add or produce any residues of its own. Since water naturally contains minerals, they can accumulate over time. If you use a charcoal filter to filter your water, some charcoal specks may also be present in the water.

Quick and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never even knew something like this existed. This is going to majorly decrease waiting time for tea, coffee, etc. It has different settings in how long it’ll keep the water warm for. From 6 hours all the way to 16 hours I believe.
The quick heat option makes it warm up extremely fast too. Has different temp settings too. The thing I like the most is the way to dispense the water. You have to push the unlock button first, and if you push it again gives you a slow dispensing stream. Seems like an excellent safety feature to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This VE Hybrid Water Boiler & Warmer has been a great addition to my kitchen. It had a lovely sleek design and is easy to use once you have set it up. The instructions are a little difficult, but once you get the hang of it, it is wonderful. There is a large water level gauge on the outside and and water level Iines in the interior chamber which has non stick coating. The removable lid is great for cleaning and filling with water. It has four temperature settings and is vacuum insulted to keep the water at your set temperature. It has an energy saving timer and safety shut -off features. This is an excellent product for a tea drinker, it can also be used for hot chocolate, oatmeal, noodles and baby formula. I love it.

It does not bring back to the boiling point (212 degree) by itself. And this is what I like.
