We have been very pleased with the convenience and speed of water boiling and the vacuum heat retention which is undoubtedly from the insulation. Easy to use and operate. Can't believe we didn't buy before now, but glad we waited to get the vacuum feature. Nice to have hot water at hand.

If you want a water dispenser that holds a lot, and has a vacuum mode and uses little electricity, this is it. I keep it at 175F/~80C setting for instant hot water for green tea. You can also change to boiling for instant ramen or anything that needs boiling water. I wish it still had the magnetic cord found on some other older models, but it works well. If you don't have an unusually tall sink, you'll need some pitcher to hold water for filling it.
