If you want a water dispenser that holds a lot, and has a vacuum mode and uses little electricity, this is it. I keep it at 175F/~80C setting for instant hot water for green tea. You can also change to boiling for instant ramen or anything that needs boiling water. I wish it still had the magnetic cord found on some other older models, but it works well. If you don't have an unusually tall sink, you'll need some pitcher to hold water for filling it.

And I really like the Zojirushi Hybrid water kettle/thermos; the sound it makes when the water is finished boiling is very gentle and pleasant.
