I didn’t know I needed one till I started Christmas shopping, I drink tea 2-3x a day, I have hot water at my fingertips all day everyday. We love it and find ourselves using it for everything hot water related.

The water boiler works extremely well and it’s very efficient. The operating instructions are very concise and thorough. The vacuum setting keeps the water warm throughout the day. I love matcha and the matcha setting of 175 gives me the best temperature and a perfect bowl every time. I love it.
