Fast charging for phone, but only for Apple Watch 7?! This information is well hidden when purchasing and I only discovered when looking at the fine print on the box after receiving it. Bait and switch move.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not charging the iPhone XS Max

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the charging pod from Apple. It says that my iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch series 4 are compatible with this product. I put the iPhone on the charging pod (at at least 90%) and it did say that it was charging. In the morning, the iPhone battery was at 87%. That's when I understood the iPhone wasn't charging at all. Really disappointed.

However, the Belkin WIZ016 is designed to only charge MagSafe-compatible phones, all Apple Watch Series and sizes (fast charging ONLY works with Apple Watch Series 7), and wireless charging capable AirPods (Wireless charging case for AirPods; AirPods Gen 3 and AirPods Pro (with MagSafe charging case)). It may work with older generation iPhone models but not yet guaranteed. Our Engineering team is already aware of this limitation and may come up with a version that will work with earlier models.
