Bad performance

It worked pretty well at first but ever since I upgraded my watch it did not charge it as fast anymore. Takes forever to charge my phone I stopped using it for the phone. Terrible at charging more than one device at a time

Apple Watch Charger

Ever since Apple Watch OS updated to 8.5 tony Watch has not charged on this device. Belkin, you’ve acknowledged this but I can’t track any progress on the issue and don’t know if any fix is even possible since it’s just a charger and I can’t see apple reversing whatever change they made. Please provide some more info/clarity on this issue!

Great solution except for that Apple Watch issue.

Overall this is an awesome solution for iPhone users. My phone charges quickly as do my iPods Pro. On the other hand, my Apple Watch 7 started out charging much faster than with the Apple charging puck that came with it. At some point that dramatically changed. Now it barely charges in twice the time. I am not sure if this is an issue with Belkin or Apple. It does defeat the purpose of this product. Greatly disappointing.

Does not charge Apple Watch as advertised

Product worked great for the first few months, but lately it takes over 9hrs to charge the Apple Watch. This was the main reason for buying the product. Very disappointed.

Would not charge Apple Watch or Airpods

I was having problems getting my Apple Watch Series 7 to charge using this device. I worked through Belkins technical support and the concluded the device was defective. Through testing we also identified that the AirPods were not charging. I’m in the process of returning the product.
I am fairly disappointed as I really like the look and idea of a product that can do fast charging with my iPhone and Apple Watch. While other Belkin options look great, I’m cautious to buy another Belkin product as I’ve lost confidence in their product quality control and quality assurance.
