Watch settings/ lack of written instructikns

Just opened the box - it was a gift from Apple. The lack of a manual / instructions is very annoying. There are apparently different settings for different Apple I watches. With a bunch of diagrams that tell you that there are three different watch settings without any clue as to how you move the settings and which settings you should move it to.

Does NOT fast-charge Apple Watch 7, takes HOURS!

The only reason to buy this expensive product instead of one of its competitors would be for the fast-charging feature that Belkin advertises that it provides for Apple Watch 7. But that feature has not worked with the current version of WatchOS since mid-March 2022. Belkin tech support is useless, saying only that Belkin is 'investigating' the problem, but not providing any estimate of when they'll provide a fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After updating my watch series 7 to 8.5 the fast wireless charging not working and it just charges 5% within an hour.

Apple Watch 7 Charges Super Slow

Fast charging the apple watch is a known issue on the latest version of the watchOS (8.5). It is a shame that this is advertised to fast charge but the functionality broke after a software update. This may not have been the fault of Belkin engineers and they did a great job designing this charger. Still disappointed with my experience and eagerly waiting for a fix. Otherwise, it has a nice, premium design with presumable support for current and future devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To sort things out, try to re-seat the watch by placing the watch on the charger and wait for it to recognize charging. Once it recognizes and shows the charging logo, remove the watch from the charger and place it back down. Then, wait a couple of moments and see if it if starting to fast charge. You will notice the charge percentage going up faster.

Product works great for my iPhone 13 and Series 7 watch to charge them. I knocked off 1 star, maybe should have done 2, because of the BRICK plug that is on the plug end that goes into the wall. Why not build that into the base? The brick plug does block my USB plugs and my 2 plug, which is major design flub.
