Works great, but AirPods Pros get heated up

Everything works as expected, and the material is high quality, as usual. My only qualm with this product is that the middle wireless charger seems to heat up my AirPod Pros quite a bit, even when they’re already fully charged. I’ve tried this with other AirPod Pros as well and I get the same effect, so I’m not sure if this is expected or I have a defective product. I recognize that some level of heat is obviously expected as a result of wireless charging, but this seems a tad bit excessive, especially compared to other wireless chargers I own. I don’t think the middle charger is even supposed to be high wattage (at least, relative to the MagSafe charger), which makes it even stranger. It’s just warm enough to the point where I worry about the long-term battery life of my AirPods.
Other than that, great product. I would still recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Uneven charging performance

I've been using this for a couple of months to charge my iPhone12Pro, AirPodsPro, and AppleWatch 7. It charges the earbuds & watch just fine, but half the time it drains the battery on the phone even though I don't use a case, no matter how properly I position it on the disc. Sometimes it charges, but other times it drains the battery. (I keep the phone on the pad at bedside, as it is not the iPhone I use for anything other than an alarm clock or music). All my connections are firm--otherwise the earbuds & watch wouldn't charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an upright charging stand, but switched to this flat stand after my puppy chewed up my last one. I love that the low profile means I can put the charger inside my nightstand drawer - out of view and access of nefarious puppy teeth. An added bonus is that with my phone, watch, and AirPods tucked away, I've found I'm sleeping more soundly.

Auto-off feature not available

This is a beautiful charger with many features. Probably on the most expensive chargers you can get.
It is supposed to be some sort of recommended by Apple.
It charges my Apple Watch quite nicely.
I have an iPhone XS pro. It doesn't have the magnetic safe feature. So it is not officially supported by the product. I am waiting for the iPhone 15 to come out any day now so I decided to buy this product anyway. Even though it doesn't support my phone.
However, I expected it to still be able to charge my iPhone XS. The magnetic safe is mostly in charge of proper alignment so I figured out that if I align my phone perfectly manually, it will still get charged.
This is not the case, so to those of you who don't have a phone model that is officially supported, I would recommend not buying this product.
Since, my phone is not officially supported, I have no complains related to that part of the deal.
However, I recently bought AirPods Pro 2nd gen. These are listed on the product page and are officially supported.
The problem with these is that the charger seems to not have auto-off feature for AirPods.
This means that rather put your AirPods on the charger and forget about it until the next time you want to use them, you need to remove them from the charger once they are fully charged. Otherwise they will keep charging forever. This will destroy the battery prematurely. I always listen to music before I go to sleep, and the normal use case would be to just place the Airpods on the wireless charger before I go to sleep. This is not advisable. When I wake up in the morning the case of the Airpods is hot. Indicating it doesn't shut off charging.
I tried to contact the chat support but it was useless. They were not sure what the problem is and recommend that if I am not happy with the way the device behaves, I should return it.
