Replacement Stopped Working YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

Belkin,
You have a serious issue, my replacement stopped charging my phone. The design is great if it would just work. After resetting my phone looks like it started working. My assumption is the power management on the phone overheats and shuts down on the phone. Please let us know when you have a solution, if this happens again I will demand a refund until you have a permanent solution.

This is my charger that I use for travel. It takes away the need to pack a separate charger for each device and the slim profile is easy to toss to in my bags without taking up lots of space.

Pros: Very sleek and looks great, charges my AirPods and Apple Watch quickly
Cons: The iPhone charger is not efficient! I have left my iPhone on the charger for 2 hours to only get 5% charge. It's been very disappointing and I no longer even use it for my phone which was a big factor in my purchase.

I don't like the barrel charger & no matter where I plug it in something doesn't charge. I either get a dead battery on my phone, sometimes my watch and today it's my headphone case - charged all night and it's running on empty. Lights and devices indicate they are charging but obviously not so well. Belkin if you read this, please reach out.

I love how it has magnets to connect to the iPhone perfectly every time, everything else seems to charge without issue. This was a gift and now I've ordered a second one for myself. This was our first white charger and I must say its beautiful and doesn't show dust as easily as black would.

Timeless; it’s so simple, how can it not be?
Portable, has a nice weight to it- that plus the materials used make this product feel just as luxurious as any apple product.
I have both this and the last model (which looks more like a tree with branches) and I prefer this one- though both are great- this one’s more compact and minimalistic.

Great purchase overall. Charges all my Apple stuff (less iPad) nicely. The esthetic look is very appealing, very compact and minimal. Single wire AC connection is great. Charging indicator light is great. I use Jabra brand earbuds that have wireless charging which charge well on the center part where Air Pods normally go. Adjustability of Apple Watch charging plate height is a nice touch if you like to keep your watch in night stand mode while charging. I really like this product. Only one minor thing is that I wish it had one USB C port to charge my iPad. I stil need to use a separate line for that. Highly recommended!
