My previous flat charger had an area for wireless charging. Unfortunately I woke up many mornings with a phone that didn’t charger because it wasn’t in the perfect spot. With a MagSafe case and this charger you will never miss a charge. It’s also rather heavy. This helps keep the charger in place when remove phone from MagSafe charger.

The limitation is that everything lies flat, except that you can tilt the watch which is helpful. I would prefer to have my phone upright (or at least have the option to have it upright) as well. The headphone charger works well and a white light indicates the charging status.
