With the waste in this world and the problems with plastics I was happy that I could just buy the cover and not have to get the whole thing. However the price is too high for just this piece of rubber and they could have a lot more colors. However otter box is made to last and in 10 years I have never had a problem if I drop my I phone

The rest of my Defender case was still like new, but outer slipcover was loose after 2+ years of perfect protection for my iPhone 7. This cover solved the problem at a reasonable price. Hoping to be good for another 2 years
