I love the color and the ability to save my phone from damage but have already had to remove it twice to clean where dirt and dust are allowed in and moisture too. I don’t mind doing it a few times but have only had the case for a little while. I would still buy it again based off how many times it’s saved my phones.

Yikes! We're shocked to see that this Defender series is allowing dirt and debris past its tough defenses! Our dust-busting Otters are ready to save the day with a warranty replacement, so please feel free to give them a call at 1-855-688-7269. They'll process a warranty claim and restore that heroic protection as soon as possible!
As for the moisture, we would simply point out that this case is not considered waterproof, and we would not suggest bringing it near situations that might involve large amounts of water. Avoiding these circumstances should prevent any perspiration from forming inside of the unit!

This is by far the best case for protecting your phone. I've dropped it several times on concrete with zero issues (not possible with those glass screens). However, the touch screen loses some sensitivity and the touch home button/fingerprint touch ID function is pretty much useless with this case so be prepared to manually type in your password every single time for the phone itself and any apps
