We typically recommend a trusty dose of soap and water to wash our cases, but if that doesn't do the trick, our Otter team is happy to help! Just give them a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll gladly fix this cosmetic issue with a quick warranty claim. Either way, you'll have a spotless, new case on your iPhone before you know it!

This new case was MADE for my iPhone 7! It installs & removes quickly and fits seamlessly. The rubber gaskets offer protection to the buttons, toggle switch, & charging port without hampering access or function. The built in screen protector saved me money and my fingers/eyes never know it’s there! The “Cowabunga” blue color is unique. The case material offers solid grip to prevent drops-but if you do drop it, OtterBox protects it like a helmet. Free shipping was another plus. This is the best phone case I’ve ever owned!

I purchased a new shell because my old one cracked in the corner (no damage to the phone!) I have only used Defender cases and so far my phones have always stayed safe. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my phone slide around a bit in this shell. My old shell had a tighter fit.

This is my third Defender and I love them. I do not have to be careful with my phone, and I drop it frequently. I have never had any damage. They are water resistant especially until I wear out the flaps that cover the outlets. The maritime blue is darker than appears on the web site.
