Uh oh, sorry to hear that this Defender case has a specific attraction to dirt! We typically recommend a trusty dose of soap and water to wash our cases, but if that doesn't do the trick, our Otter team is happy to help! Just give them a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and they'll gladly fix this cosmetic issue with a quick warranty claim. Either way, you'll have a spotless, new case on your iPhone before you know it!
