Thankfully we can easily replace compromised parts through our warranty! Simply give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be more than happy to get a new warranty replacement slipcover lined up in practically no time at all!

This is at least my third Defender purchase. I'm a klutz with two young kids and it has saved my phone so many times. I passed down an older Defender case to my sister and her favorite bar trick is to amaze friends by throwing her phone against the wall as they look in horror. Phones are virtually indestructible in these things.
The one bummer with the iPhone 7 is the color choices. Not a great selection yet. I started with the blue/blue combo but the colors were too close together. I then switched to a grey slipcover but I really want a white box for the interior. Hoping that is added to the line soon.

I bought the Otterbox cover for my new iPhone 7 because Lifeproof was slow to come out with their cases for the 7. But in retrospect, I wish I had waited. The Otterbox provides great protection, but it's just too bulky. Also, I'm not a fan of the rubbery case. The texture makes getting the phone in and out of my pocket difficult. So, if you want substantial protection for your phone and aren't worried about the case being a little clunky, then this case is ideal for you. But, if you want the protection with a somewhat sleeker style, go for Lifeproof.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
