I bought it off the site so I’d be sure it would fit my iPhone 11pro and it doesn’t fit.

We understand just how important a good fit is when it comes to maximum protection, so we're just as surprised as you that things aren't working out with your new Defender Series Holster.
Just to make sure we're on the same page, you aren't trying to use the holster with the iPhone 11 Pro directly, are you? That component is only going to work with the actual Defender Series case surrounding your device. Apologies if that's obvious, just trying to cover all the bases.
