[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Grandfather was a Norelco shaver user, He said that they work really good, He told Me that back in the "60s". He lived in Austria. When I started shaving I tried blades I could only use the blades once or twice maximum or my skin would be hamburger. I got a Norelco and never went back. I have three Norelcos right now but one of them my Baby dropped it and damaged it, the other (My Favorite of all time) had toe connection socket were out and the replacement is unavailable now. My new Shaver a i9000 ultra is GREAT the shave seems better then my old favorite an S9731 hopefully it stays that way when its a little older.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not able to replace the refill heads and blades. I am now looking for a repair shop see what was wrong with the replacement parts.

Heads are not sharp. The heads pull hairs. I would not recommend these to Anyone.
