Every time I buy the soil I get a bag of mud. Why does it have to be packaged wet? Water is too heavy. Many, many gardeners are seniors! Please be considerate and make sure it is dry before sale. Thanks.
Cons: Difficult to use, Messy

Rich soil but a little unhappy with some of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this soil to be pretty decent and rich looking, but I was not a big fan of finding bits of plastic occasionally in the soil. It was not a lot, but more than I expected from such a great brand. Maybe I just had an off bag. Otherwise this soil is very rich and dark brown, smells healthy as well and was great for filling my dragon fruit and banana plants with some nutrient rich soil.
Pros: Easy to Use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Black and yellow spots

I purchased Miracle Grow vegetable soil and planted only 2 tomato plants. One has black and yellow spots on the leaves. Through my research I found out that the plant is lacking nutrients. Why is this if Miracle Grow is for vegetable plants?
Cons: Didn't work as expected

Very Disappointing

This is not what we would expect from Miracle Gro. We have used their products over the years, but this is so disappointing. We purchased 15 bags for our new garden and it is dry, very little soil and tons of wood shavings. It smelled like mold and appeared to have mold in the bags. Not the rich beautiful product we have been accustomed to using. I would not recommend.

Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glass and plastic

Bought 4 bags of this soil to fill up the remainder of my garden beds. It has massive amounts of plastic and even glass. The high cost does not reflect the poor quality.
Cons: Didn't work as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that I've used this product for vegetable gardening. I've planted some tomatoes in large pots to give it a try. I like that the soil is not so heavy and clumpy that some other soils tend to be. It did not have any large clunks of debris like sticks in it either. My tomatoes are doing great and I would recommend this product.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Value, Quality

I would never use this product again. I put it in my garden and it turned into a big weed bed. I saw another comment about this before I used it but used it any way. I've never seen so many weeds.
