I Love It!

My house doesn't have much storage space so I decided to get 4 of these units. They look great! Very roomie and look nice. Unfortunately, one of the pull handles were missing. I contacted customer service and got a feedback the very next day saying that the missing part would be sent to my home address by mail. I'm so happy with my purchase and with Sterilite's customer service, I'll be buying more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great solution for gift bag organization

I originally bought this unit to organize a closet but found the drawers to be a bit less sturdy than needed to house heavier objects. I repurposed this to store all of my gift bags, tags, and tissue paper and it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would be 5-star if handles have a better design

I bought 9 of these to put in the closet for my kids. They look great, except the handles - 3 out of 9 were already broken after a few months. Can we get these broken handles replaced?

Not durable, and no replacement parts available!

I love these because they are lightweight, and the weaving pattern makes them look much more attractive, than the ones that are just clear. I do, however, hate how almost every single one I own, and I have a lot, the handles break off very easily, and also the tops cave in, without having an extreme amount of weight on it, so they aren't very durable. I would be happier if there was an option to order parts that need to be replaced. Since they don't, you have to buy a whole new one, if yours is damaged. I wouldn't recommend this, based on the fact that there aren't any replacement parts.

Great for packing & college organizing!

I bought this for college and it is amazing! I was able to pack it at home with all of my clothes that don’t go on hangers and then use it almost as a suitcase and just put it in the car already pre-packed!

Flimsy - i’m sorry to report

I purchased 4 of these drawers. the color was yummy. turquoise. One has totally collapsed. it’s only good as drawers - one cannot set anything on it (like an empty cardboard box.) or the tip caves in. These are very flimsy - good for storing balloons and maybe yarn. Sterlite has so many great products - this is not one of them.

Great product, seems to be discontinued

I bought this in white three years ago for my college kid. It has held up so well my younger child wants the exact same. Trouble is there are no WHITE drawers to be found anywhere.
