Worst investment made

I should have thought to look here at the reviews. I too had problems with my top drawer being unable to close. I did not place anything on top other than a pair of boots and this is what happened. The Unit is not as sturdy as Rubbermaid totes which are a more durable plastic. There is no reason for it to have broken in the back either. This is rather cheap and I would not recommend. Very nice look but cheap quality. It doesn't help the company does not offer replacement products. The drawers will last forever but the structure itself will not last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

durable and pretty.

I got two for under my open kitchen counter. I was worried they wouldn't be big enough for my summer guest's cloths and was pleasantly surprised. I honestly figured they would be warped by the end of the season from daily use, and was happy to be wrong again - not to mention they are honestly gorgeous.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drawers very difficult to slide in and out when anything more than a few lightweight items inside.

I bought several of these drawers, pleased with the look and the cost. But I am very dissatisfied with how they function. The drawers are very difficult to slide in and out when there is anything but the very lightest of items. The drawers are not well supported or guided so that they can be opened and closed exascept with great difficulty. I basically wasted my money because they function so poorly!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was good while it lasted..

I bought these “drawers” about a year ago. Definitely an upgrade from the see through plastic ones, these drawers are nicer in terms of finish. However, the drawers are a pain in the butt to slide out, the top lid is “sinking” and lifting. So yes they’re great in a pinch.. but wouldn’t recommend

Sturdy, affordable, and versatile.

I have used these modular drawer sets for about 8 years. I originally bought them as a temporary solution to kid toys after a move, but I have bought around 8 or 9 sets (including the thin version) and have them in three rooms of the house. I love how versatile they are and have some towers that are 2 drawers high and some that are 6, etc. As long as you have enough lids or an alternative to.cover them, you have a tone of options.
No, you can not overbear them in weight and you can not place anything on the top unless you have a hard surface to cover the top (I have one that I've cut a piece of wood to place on top to support weight without the lid caving and warping. If a lid warps, put it outside on a warm day and place something heavy on it and it will flatten back out, then stop putting heavy stuff on top of it without modification.

The only thing that has broken on all of my sets was one handle piece (I had the drawer packed a bit heavy and I broke it trying to force the drawer out). They are sturdy if you don't abuse them. Mine are approaching a decade of use by myself and my son... And we aren't the most gentle people, so I'd consider them sturdy.
The only downside is inability to buy replacement pieces (like a broken handle) or extra tops to make more units with fewer drawers and I can't seem to find the white option. I was hoping to buy too more white ones, so I hope they aren't discontinued.
All in all, however, a good purchase at a fair price.

I bought two of these to use as night stands in our bedroom. They are perfect. I want to get the 4 drawer units to use as dressers. We have a damp apartment and the Sterilite units are awesome at keeping everything dry and mold and mildew free.

Low Quality and not durable.

The material of these drawers are low quality and do not last long. I had them for only a while when it stopped being able to close and the plastic started to break. It was a waste of my money and do not recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Amazing Product

This container was more than I expected. When I first saw it in person I swore it was real until I inspected it. I bought four of them to use side by side as my drawer vanity. My old furniture was broken and needed to be replaced. I use them everyday and they require little to no upkeep. They are easy to clean, lightweight, and still holds up to all my items. This is by far the best buy I bought for my home. Its completely functional and it was so inexpensive. I'd have spent a fortune had I bought real wood with the same look from another company. Definitely recommend.
