It was smooth to use and heated up quickly. My food did not stick. I was looking for something that was not the typical nonstick pan.

I absolutely love this pan. I love how you can mince most things out with hot water alone. I've never experienced that before with cookware I've owned or used. I also like that you do not have to use any oils in this pan for food not to stick.
I own the pots and pans set, but gave the pans to my son. My other italian pan started to chip after 8 years.
I have owned the set of pots for 5 years now, so I know this company makes great quality cookware.
I would recommend this to a friend!
