The nonstick coating on this pan is very durable and highly scratch resistant, no matter what type of utensils you use. The Thermopoint heat indicator on the handle is like fool-proof cooking! The indicator turns red when it is the perfect temperature to start cooking, so no more adding food in before the pan is hot which results in undercooked, and if using oil, soggy food. When the pan is ready to be handled or washed, the indicator turns green. Love these pans and to me, they cook like a lightweight cast iron.

I have the smaller Parma fry pans. So glad I added the 12" too. It's so handy to have an additional plus larger fry pan for weekend breakfasts. It's the best nonstick I've used!

Awesome Pan

I have two other sizes of this same pan. They do a great job browning and searing without using any oil or butter. Big enough to hold several chicken pieces or a large quantity of beef. Heat indicator light on handle lets me know when the pan is ready to cook in.

Best Non-stick

One of the best non-stick pans I’ve ever used! It’s light weight and holds the heat evenly throughout it. The best part of this pan is definitely the temperature sensor on the handle. Being able to see when the pan is hot makes a huge difference in cooking. The 12” can fit pretty much anything that I want to sear or pan fry. It’s great for everything from pancakes to eggs and is my ultimate breakfast pan!
