Great size and price!

This pan is a great size for bigger meals and the nonstick coating makes clean up so easy. The pan warms up and distributes really well ensuring even heating across the whole surface. As lightweight as this pan is, it's still super durable and is at a great price too.

Love my Italian pan

I love the nonstick on this Italian made 12” fry pan, with the layers of nonstick, it really releases any food, and it doesn’t stick. I love that I can look at the Thermopoint dot on the handle to know when my pan is hot or cold, makes a huge difference when prepping my food, I wish all my cookware had that. Love the size of this pan, really comes in handy when cooking large meals.

This pan really delivers on performance. I had a little wiggle in the handle, but it is super easy to fasten. I have a lot of Ballarini. I tend to use this for frying my meatballs!! large enough bottom surface- they fry well and I don't have to use as much oil to get the result I want. good value . I like that its made in Italy!

This is a wonderful non-stick pan. One of my go to pans, the coating works lovely inside and out, also you can use metal in it!! OH and it's dishwasher safe!

Frying pans are the best use and best test of a non-stick pan! Whether I'm using an 8" for a fried egg or 12" for pan searing fish, a good non-stick surface is invaluable.
The Parma line from Ballarini consistently performs. I test it a few times a year to see if it lives up to expectation. It does. Even much-used pans release foods quickly easily.
I like this 12-inch frying pan for chicken fried steak, pan-fried fish, tonkatsu and egg & cheese scrambles for a crowd. Very versatile.

Good Nonstick Pan

Made in Italy and is ideal for frying. I like the Thermopoint Handle which shows red when ideal temperature is ready for cooking. Good Size for cooking dinner without the added oil or fat.

It is durable nonstick fry pan. Perfect frying eggs, pancake, tofu and everything. You can crispy brown anything and yet easy to clean and no need for dishwasher. Just soak with water and soap and it'll do the job for you.
