i got two pairs

Great product, not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds for everything! Walking around, at the gym, lounging at home. Everything. However, while I love them, they haven't quite lived up to expectations. The sounds is alright at best, the transparency/ambient sound mode is grainy and not the best sounding, and they're painful for me to wear for extended periods of time. The noise canceling is wonderful and very effective, but it's hard to use when my buds constantly want to fall out, even after trying all the different tip sizes. I'll be a die-hard samsung customer for the rest of my days, but the buds2 pro haven't been my most worthwhile purchase I'm afraid.

Phone calls with Buds2Pro

The buds do not work for phone calls, I do not appreciate that. For the person on other side I either sound like talking from a tunnel or the talk is interrupted so the other person hears only every other word.
And I am having a hard time connecting them to any other device but my phone. Do you have any advice please? Thank you.

Probably the best earbuds I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are really great. I'm not trying to sell anyone on these or get anything out of this. It is what it is. Out of all the earbuds I've had over the years, these Galaxy buds pro 2 have maintained their functionality through out. My only gripe with these is that when I'm out doing yardwork and dust gets in the buds they make a crackling sound every so often especially when I turn the volume up. But this disappears by the next day or so. All in all these are really good earbuds and I actually recommend them to everyone I know.

Truly atmospheric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds for pretty much anything & everything audio related. Whether it be for audiobooks, music, lectures, etc. I was blown away with how good these buds are in both audio quality, but features and ease of use. When paired with my Galaxy phone (s21U). All I had to do was open the buds near my phone, and I was immediately prompted to finish the setup. The settings and controls for these buds are great and easy to use. I appreciate the software's ease of use. The active noise cancellation is fairly nice, it definitely can make a really loud background sound more manageable / sometimes can fully eliminate said sound so you can have a more e immersive audio experience.
