Lost them in a field

These are the first pair of Samsung Buds I have ever gotten and I love them! I've had them for about 9 months now. About a month ago, I lost the case and one of the buds in a hay field I was working in. It's nearly impossible to find things once you lose them in hay fields so I gave up hope. I used the Find My Earbuds feature but with all of the hay, they couldn't be found. I let everyone in the field know to keep a lookout for them but as time went on, I lost hope. We water the field almost every day and then we cut the hay with a swather. Then the hay was baled and picked up by the Bale Baron. So I thought they had been munched and killed. But yesterday, a fellow pipe mover in the same field found the buds! We didn't think they would work as they were wet and covered in mud. But after a good charge, they're as good as new! Fantastic quality and durability!

Ear tips are no good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy new new ear tips, those that came with the buds are cheap. The buds wouldn't stay in my ears. But after new ones they stay put. The sound quality was always great, the issue are the cheap tips.

Great buds! Stay in the ear a lot better than the old pros. Size is smaller and more streamlined. Sound quality is also amazing which should be expected at this price point. Noise cancellation is excellent. It still allows a little sound it but that is good so you are still aware of your surroundings, which is very important.
Right ear piece never worked. I sent them back for a refund. Samsung wouldn't do a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I regret trading in my Buds Pro for these!

I am so incredibly disappointed in these earbuds. The original Buds Pro worked great but didn’t fit in my ears all that well no matter what tips I used, so I decided to “upgrade”. Very bad decision on my part. The Buds2 Pro won’t stay connected to any device I try to use them on. I’m so mad because I traded in my Buds Pro, so if I return these new ones, I’ll end up losing money.
Do yourself a favor and just skip the Buds2 Pro. They are not worth the trouble.

Poorly Designed Ear Buds

There is no excuse for these poorly designed ear buds. The weight of ear bud is not distributed properly to allow it to stay in ear for any length of time. Found it is almost impossible to get a good seal so it is hard to say how the sound quality was. They fell out of my ears with slightest movements. Have had same issue with multiple ear tips from other manufacturers. Lost left tip while walking across a bridge and was unable to find it with find my Samsung device feature. They should be designed to stay in the ear and not fall out or what is the purpose of using them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fall out my ears. The last buds were best.
