Great ear buds

Great product, but fall off my ears

The look and sound are absolutely amazing. The noise canceling is a great feature. I truly enjoy my buds pro 2, but I have to wear a hat or ear band to hold them in place. Then if I do, they begin to hurt from the pressure. I've tried the different ear sizes that come with the product, they just pop out of my ears. I'm bummed because I have the new s24 ultra, the new watch and the buds all matching.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love my ear buds

They have noise canceling which is great feature because I can relax at work and listen to music without hearing anyone talking. I also enjoy that it has ambient setting as well. I don't like the pressing buttons because as soon as you tap an ear bud it will hang up your call so I don't like that feature.

If you have already tried using the additional silicone tips in a variety of sizes to get a more secure fit, we recommend doing a fit test while wearing the buds. While connected to your device, the Samsung Wearables App can be used to perform a fit test and make recommendations if you do not have the device properly placed. Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my buds even before the AI updates. I love the ambient sound. I love that people can hear me clearly without background noise. I especially love that I can hear. The Ai updatesbwith the live translation makes it even better. And I have friends with airpods that envy my buds.

Connectivity is terrible

Bought these a few weeks ago. The sound quality is great fit is good. But they are extremely frustrating. The right ear and case connect to blue tooth just fine but it takes me a half our of restarting unpairing and general nonsense to get it to connect to both buds. For the expense that these are this shouldn't be an issue. Very disappointed. For reference I have a galaxy 21+ I use these with and use the wearable app that these where designed for.

Upgrade over Pro but semi loose fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in September, I owned the previous Buds Pro. The sound is an upgrade as is ANC, but even with the largest eartips, my left ear is loose at times. I used memory foam tips with the Buds Pro, and I used the smallest size for those. Just be warned that for those with huge ear canals, they may fall out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
