Don't bother if you have small ears

Im sending them back, they aren't meant to fit smaller ears and don't have much in the way for sound customizations. Also they got dirty the second they fell on carpet, if your going to get these pick any other color than white. I got white because that was all that was available ar the time.

We noted your concern regarding the buds not fitting your ears. The Buds2 Pro includes extra earbud tips so you can find the perfect size. For optimal comfort and sound quality, ensure the earbud tips are securely attached, and insert the earbuds in the direction of your ear canal. They provide a secure and comfortable fit, making them ideal for extended use. The internal mechanics include 2-way speakers for wide frequency response, along with a 10mm woofer that delivers deep bass and a 5.3mm tweeter that produces crisp treble. If your buds are not connecting to your phone it may be due to a poor Bluetooth connection or because you are wearing the earbuds incorrectly. You should check that the earbuds are properly inserted into your ears, that your Bluetooth connection is secure, and that your earbuds' software is up-to-date.
