This is my second pair of galaxy buds. The first pair I had less than a month before they were eaten by a pitbull puppy. I immediately purchased a new pair. The features are amazing I have had this pair for about 6 months and highly recommend them

Great quality. Tracking is my problem.

I know that this is the buds 2 pro. I had the regular buds 2 graphite and they aren't on the samsung website no more. I love the qaulity. The sound is great. The ANC, active aware, all that is great. Ive never tried the active translator but im guessing thats great. My problem is the tracking, this is the worst tracking ever. You can only track them when the case is open and/or they are connected to the phone, why would i track them when im using them it makes no sense. And i get that a constant tracker might ruin the battery life but I'd rather let them die and recharge them instead of losing them or they getting stolen. So i just lost these earbuds at school and some kid probably just snatched up my 125 dollor earbuds, im a little mad. And i get "dont lose your earbuds" and i shouldn't, but mistakes happen and they fell out my pocket. So for a summary for anyone who wants to buy these please dont get them for the tracking, and dont lose them because you wont be able to find them unless you have some luck. And samsung please improve this, i hear the the buds 3 have the same problems. So please fix this feature.

SmartThings Find will lead you to the last location connected. If you misplace your Buds, you can use SmartThings Find to locate the last known connection. If you forget a Bud and walk away, you should get an alert when disconnected so you don't accidentally leave them behind. We hate to see that you may have had your Buds stolen. Products sold by Samsung are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, as specified for each product. Additionally, customers have the option to purchase Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. Eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of purchase or within 60 days after the purchase at samsungcareplus.com.
