Ear infection

Bought those on April. It starting to give me ear irritation, I thought it was temporary symptoms but it continues to happen as I used. So, I contacted Samsung and sent buds 2 pro to them and also sent the picture of both of my ears where you can see clearly infected and swollen l. But, they rejected claim only because I didn't see doctor with my symptoms....

I believe can be very informationalandvabperron can learn alot
The Galaxy buds 2 Pro were really nice. They had to touch sensors on the earbuds that made things really easy to use. If I had the option, I would have kept both. Seeing as I currently have some other earbuds as well.
They're fantastic! I really like that they have an active noise canceling mode and an ambient sound mode. The sound quality is great as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not actually water proof

I have the galaxy buds 2 pro and they are claimed to be water proof thought recently I used them when it was slightly raining (drizzling) and now the button doesn't work

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro have an IP rating of IPX7 which does mean they are water resistant rather than truly waterproof, and can withstand some exposure to moisture but we always recommend ensuring they are dry prior to being placed back in to the charging case. Excellent...have multiples. Buy them! Wear app is too cool
These buds are awesome. Don't skip the set up process. Install the app on your device. Go to earbud settings, then Earbud test fit. Then run the test, if you don't get the proper fit try adjusting them. If still no go then change the tips. They come with Small, Medium, and Large. Swap them out until you gat it correct. I needed large. Changed them out and now perfect. Noise cancelling is perfect. It's all in the set up.
