The sound is great. I love that I can use hand gestures to pause/play videos, mute notifications, reject calls, etc. I can also control them through my Samsung watch 7. It's great that they recognize when they are in your ears as well. With that being said, I have went back to the earbuds I was using before buying these. The way they're made, they've rubbed my ear raw. It's not the tip, I've tried them all. It's the actual earbud. They're too painful for me to wear.

they hurt my ears. i wish they had ear wing tip like buds fe, features of buds pro 2 and design of buds fe. thats what samsung should make...for buds4pro

I have been an avid samsung user, and owns so many samsung device. I must say I am disappointed with this specific one. I had galaxy buds plus earlier and they were awesome both with sound and fit, but these are terrible fit and sound not half as good as my previous. I hope something can be done about this.
