[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used AI with the buds yet other than voice to text. The battery lifebis excellent, noise cancelling works great and they stay in my ears well. Video conferences and phone calls work without a hitch.

Best pair of earbuds I've owned

Galaxy AI involvement and customization allow me to enjoy my day to day use of these buds. I don't leave the house without them!

Sounds good but doesn't stay in my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, the sound on these buds are fantastic. The problem I have is that they just don't stay in my ears. I have tried every size possible. They just don't stay in. They work great for a couple minutes, but as I talk or eat something they just fall right out. I have fought these earbuds for so long. I really really wish they worked. They just don't. There's nothing the company can do about it, I've tried different pads. I even tried ones for other companies. They just don't work. I wish they did. I really enjoyed the first version of the buds pro. But now, these beds mainly just sit on my nightstand, collecting dust. I have been nervous to try the buds pro 3. I just don't know if they'll have the same problem.
The thing I do like about them, is that they do sound great. Also, they link up with my phone so well. I have a Galaxy tablet and a Galaxy phone. And the buds do a great job switching between the two when I open an app that uses sound. It really is designed well, other than staying in my ears.

Great for walking and running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy buds2 pro fit comfy in my ear or when I go on my walks in my runs around my neighborhood. Galaxy AI Intelligent ANC is really good and I love that I can activate it and deactivate it just by holding My finger on the earbud. I also prefer the shape of these earbuds as I have tried other earbuds with stems or cords and I found that they were very uncomfortable. The carrying case lets me top it off when I'm not near a charger. I get plenty of listening time out of it. I like listening to my graphic audios and music sometimes. So the sound quality is kind of important to me and I think they sound very clean. Over all best headphones I've used for physical activities.
