Overpriced for average performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Buds2 Pro for phone calls as well as streaming.
The Buds2 Pro are reliable and easy to use for phone calls. Unfortunately, the fact there is no sidetone available (as other buds in this price range have) makes the phone experience less than optimal. Without sidetone, the wearer's voice is not transmitted through the ear buds resulting in an experience of wearing sound deadening ear plugs whenever you're speaking, rather than hearing yourself (as you do talking on the phone without buds). Disconcerting.
The buds are acceptable for streaming when you're in a space where you don't wish to intrude on other people. The sound, however, is tinny, and not as good quality as much less expensive buds. They have a tendency to fall out if you are doing anything physical while wearing them.
In both cases using the buds as phone control buttons is not easy and dropped phone calls and inadvertant pausing or ending videos is a regular possibility.
Overall, costly purchase for an underperforming product.

Great noise canceling

I also love the ambient sound mode, which is great when you want to listen to your music but also need to be aware of your surroundings. My only complaint is that the buds seem to get clogged with wax rather easily.

They don't stay in my ears very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the sound is great. They last a long time between charges, the charging case is convenient and works well. The biggest problem I have is that they fall out of my ears easily. I've tried other adapters for my ears and none seem to work well. Disappointed in how they fit.
