Great sound quality, and oh so beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this together with a matching Purple S22 about 1 month ago, with a fantastic trade-in program. The sound quality on the Buds2 Pro is top-notch, and the 360 surround feature is amazing. I thought my Buds+ was really good, but these Pro ones totally superseded my expectations. And did I mention that the Bora Purple is soooooo beautiful!
I would recommend this to a friend!

BATTERY IS TRASH

I am SOOOOOO disappointed with these. I spent full retail price only to find out the battery is absolutely garbage. After 6hrs NON continuous play, it's practically dead. ANC was off and I still ended up with only 6hrs of use. AMAZING SOUND! Buy not recommended for people with active lives. So sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Severe ear irritatation and infection

I bought these and traded in my buds+. To be honest I regret trading my old buds because now i have no backups. Since I have started wearing these a few weeks ago my ears have been irritated and itchy where the plastic part lays just inside the ear. I thought maybe it was my preggo hormones since I have sensitive skin, but upon digging further online I see others have had this same complaint. I do not know of any allergies to silicone but I certainly have a Nickel allergy and these buds have nickel in them. I am not sure why if others complained about this woth the Bud+ pro, why Samsung didn't remove this flaw. I now have a nice, pretty lookin pair of buds I simply can not use! A complete waste of money and cause of discomfort. I have not been able to get them to stay in correctly either, prior to the irritation Issue. The outside of my ear lobes are raw and scaley now from these buds. I tried cleaning them and same result.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Started out great, after 1 year it went down hill
on December 19, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved my ear buds when I purchased them last year. The sound was amazing, pass though sounds was pretty cool and I used then most every day. Right about a year my right ear blood started looking super gross on the outside come to find out it was the coating starting to cover off. Cleaned them and thought nothing of it. A month later they started to sound muffled. I verified they were clean and all but something changed. I used the right one all the time so thought maybe it was still dirty so I checked the left and it to turned it out was not very loud either. Verified settings on the phone and connected another set everything checked out great on everyone else just not the original ear buds. Now they just sit and waiting for the day they become e-waste.

Horrible. Worst ear buds ever. Don't do it.

Worst ear buds I've ever owned. I wear them only when I shower, mow, and when I'm watching a video in bed at night and don't want to bug my boyfriend. One squeaks and doesn't have any sound now. Get something cheap if you want poor quality.

Great Sound w/ Great Features
on August 20, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use my earphones for music, and audio books. I think the Galaxy Buds2 Pro have better sound than most other major ecosystems, at the time of their release. I really love the surround sound. There are nice baked in features like a customizable eq, and multiple ways of interacting with the buds (to change the song & adjust volume). I really like the added 'Labs' features which adds extra functionality.
I do wish the noise cancelation was a bit better. It's good, but not the best. Also, I think the biggest area where these buds fall behind is the call quality in noisy environments. If I'm making phone calls while outside, or even cleaning/cooking, the person on the other end of the line can hear a lot of background noise, and they can't hear my voice as well.
My wife, is apart of another non-Android ecosystem, and I've used her earphones before. I definitely prefer the Galaxy ecosystem, though there is room for improvement.

device is great but needs some work
on March 6, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the beginning, I wanted this device. I assume that's the way it's really great potential but Earbuds PRO 2 hurts my outer ear. I honestly thoughts that I wouldn't hurt me because the part that goes inside the ear. Their is a black spot in the device and that does peel my skin. The design is awesome I love the texture of this product but they should redesign it so it would not hurt your ear but I don't recommend it.
