Super comfortable and functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I bought these buds to keep my hands free while I work and drive. I am a service technician and need my hands free for tools and repairs. I've had them for months now, and I do not have a single complaint. I have abused these buds and dropped them numerous times, and still no problem. Every day I read about new features like passive listening. I can have my buds in playing music, and still hear what's going on around me, like the buds weren't there. There's also a really cool noise cancelling mode that creeps me out a bit, cause all I can hear is my breathing and heartbeat. I just read that there will be all sorts of new features with Galaxy AI that I'm excited to explore. Any way you look at it,take it from someone that used to go through 5-8 sets of buds a year. These look like they're in it for the long haul.

Great earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these earbuds do not have any of the Galaxy AI features that the buds 3 have, they are very well performing active noise canceling earbuds. The case still solid and is well designed. I like them. I do accidentally use touch and gesture features that I don't understand. It would be nice if maybe the earbuds would audibly guide you through using those the first time you get them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love with these headphones, I currently work in a call center and these are the only headphones I use to answer customer calls. They have a long life battery, so much so that I use them even after work for gym.

Cuts out from time to time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds but they have problems with loosing connection while in use. I use them alot while I'm doing my morning run. They tend to cut out and loose connection after 15 min of continuous use.

Excellent sound and good noise canceling.
Very good voice-calling performance.
Assortment of extra features for Galaxy, including 360 Audio virtual surround sound and hands-free Bixby voice assistant.
Fully waterproof. Great buds !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy ai makes great 'earbuds' into a tool AND a great pair of warbuds. Audio is crystal clear on calls regardless of where you are or what your doing. Music quality is top tier. I've tried buds from competitors usually higher rated in audio than Samsung, but I'm blown away by these!

I love using the Galaxy A.I. translate feature because the translation happens in real time through your galaxy buds. Very useful feature for doing stadium event security. Good battery life. What more could you ask for?
