Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed the first time I tried this product. The sound quality was great...at the beginning. After about 6 months the sound in the right earbud became quiet. It was upsetting but the left one works perfectly fine so I still use it.
I love the touch features for pausing and volume control. I like having them in just to drown out some noise. The active noise canceling could be better but good enough for what I use them for. The fit nice and the app helps you see if you should change e the earth.
I really like the earbuds just wished the right one worked better.

Good product for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are overall a really good earphones and fit and sound nice. Only issue I have with them is that the audio shifts around and no update has been able to resolve the issue. I use them daily for the gym, errands, and when traveling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Al, buds pro2. Has wireless charging and can plug in to charge. If you have a samsung tv, you can link bluetooth including sansung DEX. Overall, good product and comes with 3 different ear bud attachments to what fits best.

Perfect for my needs, except.....

I use them for video & audio streaming, as well as live interactions in social media.
Unfortunately, they fall out regularly with any jaw movement other than talking or just walking around because they're too bulky for my small concha.
I'm only able to use them around home when I'm sitting and not eating anything.
