Great sound, but hard to keep in ears...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed my buds pro 2 for the most part. The sound is really clear and has depth when listening to music or streaming. When using them for answering phone calls, sometimes it can be hit or miss. I have times where the person sounds like he/she is right next to me, while other times I have a hard time hearing what they are saying. The biggest issue I have is the buds staying in my ears. I constantly clean them and wipe them down to help, but it doesn't seem to work. I don't even have to move around for them to fall out. I am just sitting there watching a movie and I can feel one or the other slightly start to fall out. If I don't catch it right away, it falls and bounces away on hard surfaces, making them difficult to find at times. Other than that, I have enjoyed them.

The Blue Buds

**Sound Quality:** The sound on these things is incredible. Music, podcasts, calls—it all sounds fantastic. Super clear audio with great bass and balance. Plus, the noise-canceling is top-notch, blocking out the world when I need it, but I also love the transparency mode for staying aware when necessary.
**Comfort:** These guys fit like a dream. The design is spot on, super comfy even after wearing them for hours. They come with different ear tip sizes, so it’s easy to get that perfect fit. Ideal for commuting, workouts, and just chilling.

Favorite in-ear earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. I actually have two pairs, one that I use for work and one I have at home and for working out.
I have spent years trying to find earbuds that are comfortable to wear for an 8 hour work day of conference calls, and the Buds2pro are amazingly comfortable. I can wear them for an entire 8 hour work day or conference calls and they never bother me. The battery life is fantastic too, and I just charge overnight.
Hands down the best earbuds I've ever used.

Great earphones but one annoying caveat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the earbuds. Has adaptable hearing when I need to block noise or hear from outside and sound and bass are loud and clear.
I have dropped them a few times and they hold up well, had them for about a year or so now.
My biggest issue is when I am on a phone call, transferring the call to earbuds can be a huge pain. It was connect to the buds with my S24 ultra then just disconnect. And i have the option to tap on my phone to connect to the buds on the call and it works for a few seconds then stops. I have to end the call, put the buds back in the case to turn them off, then take them out and call the person back. Usually takes a couple tris but it does get annoying. Other than that, great earphones. Used them almost everyday for gym and other things.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my buds for about a year now, they have been nothing but reliable.
The bass in the buds have not worn a bit. The buds have a bass boost feature that dosent add extra wear to the speaker.
The smart noise canceling feature is amazing! You have an option for uninterrupted noise canceling and a model for when people talk to you so I never have to take them off. They also help boost ambient sound, just in case you want to be extra alert of your surroundings🥰.
Overall i love my galaxy buds and they were worth every penny, opt for the pros for the extra features and luxury.
