Incredible Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ANC and ambient modes are incredible, much better than they were before. I love ambient mode turning on and the buds turning down my music when I speak, really convenient when I need to speak with someone but I don't have a hand free. Love the design and the fit is super comfortable too. Would be cool for them to put Galaxy AI features on them too in the future. Definitely my favorite buds yet.

Great Sound, poor fit.

But. No matter what I do they will randomly fall out if my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using samsung galaxy products for a very long time.. my first mobile phone was samasung note1, we are talking about 2009 10 like that era . Still remember the old days. Now I am using note 20 ultra. Always will say the samsung note series never compromise. Never did. My friends and family use different brands and tell me to change... but you know I am very satisfied with samsung galaxy series. The buds pro2 I use along with my phone everyday is a beautiful experience altogether. I like the earbuds better than any other earbuds currently in market.

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Buds Pro 2 are amazing!!! I've owned many pairs of ear buds over the years, and by far these are the best ones yet. I use them for everything from music, the gym, watching my favorite shows from my phone, and for hands free driving. The quality of the buds themselves are impressive, but the sound quality is by far the best I've ever had in a pair of wireless buds. Samsung really outdid themselves with these. I will definitely be purchasing another pair when these give out. Thank you Samsung for yet another great product!

Great for on the go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work 2 jobs, and if you have to deal with loud environments constantly, these are ideal. I can seamlessly switch between active noise canceling and allowing ambient sound, no pausing needed to continue conversations.
Of which I was also pleasantly surprised by the translation abilities. One of the tradesman at my job can only speak Spanish, very little English, while I'm the same way reversed. The water heater broke and we were the only ones with experience in it, but couldn't properly communicate what we were both seeing. I decided to try out the Galaxy AI active translation and it got us far enough to temporarily fix water heater, just enough to finish laundry! Made me feel very futuristic.

Best ear buds ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using these ear buds for a few months now. I can say confidently these as re the best esrbuds I've ever owned. Last for hours outside of charge case and the charge case alone I can go for days without even needing to charge that. The sound is crisp and the ambient mode is awesome. !!
